Engineered for maximum versatility, the filler neck is available in multiple configurations, including hose end, -16AN, and -16ORB options, along with mixed combinations to suit a wide range of applications. It’s also offered in both short and tall versions, giving you even more control over fitment and layout.
Constructed from high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with a durable silver anodizing, this unit is built to resist corrosion and stand up to demanding conditions. It utilizes a standard Type B radiator cap and features a 1/8" NPT port for overflow integration.
The -16ORB version allows for direct threading into compatible components like K-Tuned Upper Coolant Housings and radiators equipped with -16ORB ports, creating a clean, integrated solution. Meanwhile, the hose end and -16AN configurations are ideal for inline installation within your upper radiator hose, making them perfect for custom or modular cooling systems.
Build Your Bespoke Setup
Building your custom remote filler neck is simple and fully configurable. Start with Fitting 1 — the long base fitting, available in either Hose End or -16AN. Next, choose your filler height: Short (70mm overall height) or Tall (87mm overall height), depending on your clearance and system needs. Finally, select Fitting 2, offered in Hose End, -16AN, or -16ORB. The -16ORB option is designed for direct installation into components with a -16ORB port, such as the K-Tuned Upper Coolant Housing, while the other options are ideal for inline hose setups.
