The VTC filter gasket (part number 15845-RAA-A01) is a genuine Honda OEM component designed for the VTC system. It is compatible with all K20 and K24 engines produced between 2002 and 2015.
Replacing this part can resolve the P2646 error code, which often occurs due to insufficient oil in the VTC solenoid. Additionally, a clogged filter can lead to a decrease in oil pressure and may prevent the engine from engaging VTEC. If you are encountering the P2646 error code or are refreshing your engine, we recommend replacing the VTC filter and gasket.
