WedsSport Forged TC105X - 19" Wheels
WedsSport forged wheels are manufactured by instantly applying 10,000 tons of pressure to a cylindrical aluminum billet made of "6061-T6" alloy. This pressure, applied by a hydraulic press, refines the aluminum's crystal structure, increasing the material's strength. The process then moves to a spinning stage to form the rim. After rim formation, the wheels undergo heating and cooling processes to further enhance their strength. Based on the latest strength analysis, complex machining, incorporating "Air+α" technology, is performed using a 5-axis machining center to produce the final product. WedsSport forged wheels are manufactured with advanced technology to meet the demand for lightweight, high-rigidity, and high-performance sports wheels.
